Ferrero Collection & Ferrero Rocher 16pk - £2.99 using £1 voucher within app (Selected Accounts) instore @ Lidl

I got this coupon yesterday which I thought would be handy as I was travelling to my nearest store for the weekly shopping. There was not a single piece of Ferrero Rocher in the whole shop! Not amused.
Equally not amused last week when I attempted to use a scratchcard voucher for a free bakery item and collect my free birthday treat chocolate cookie at the same time. I would just have bought another cookie for hubby with the scratchcard voucher. Well no! Not allowed. You can’t get two freebies together from the same department. Went back later in the day to try to claim the cookie but none left. They had no cookies of any flavour on the Saturday or Sunday either. So my freebie expired unused.
It’s the same nonsense should you happen to get a ‘50p off your shopping’ scratchcard voucher at the same time as you get the £2 monthly target spend voucher. Can’t be used together. As vouchers are only ever valid for a week from issue, this is of no use whatsover to folks like me doing a once a week shop.
Lidl seriously needs to fix the daft restrictions in their app which to be frank is not that generous in the first place. (edited)

? They have told me in the past that the other coupon wouldn’t activate for quite a while afterwards. The e-receipt for the previous purchases would need to reach my phone before the other coupon would work. Sometimes that takes about 15 mins and sometimes a few hours. Obviously I have been told a load of rubbish.

Strange, multiple coupons are always applied correctly in my Lidl, everything works and never had any coupon not work. Never an issue with stock either.
