    My large local park does not allow dogs off lead. We feel safer for it.
    My dog has been attacked 3 times by out of control off lead dogs. Seen a fair few dogs off lead without proper recall. Just my (bad) experience.

    I got the 8M one for my staffy (8M is for up to 25kg dogs), plus the bungee attachment to save my arms when she legs it after a squirrel. Good quality product and last ages in all weathers.

    Wouldn't it be more prudent to teach her impulse control, perhaps?
    As someone who has an anecdotal story, I'm advising that that might save her (or your) life one day...
