Very wrong to state this is n.1 cheese brand in Italy!

Italians eat fresh mozzarella which is produced in some regions in the South then shipped daily throughout the nation and abroad. This instead is not fresh, is produced in the North and is mostly used to cook with.
There is a ranking of the "best" mass produced supermarket mozzarella cheeses, Galbani is not n. 1

Lidl alternative available for 69p, which also happens to be proper buffalo mozzarella. (edited)

Worth paying more for proper buffalo mozzarella. Or go non branded cheaper if you can't afford.
