This varies widely in quality between batches. I have had it very strong ( like vintage cheddar) , but the last 350g block i had tasted like mild cheddar ( almost no taste at all ).
Great value, not plasticy at all, very crumbly and proper cheese. I will say though it is very strong (compared to others that call themsevles extra strong)
It's been this price before not long ago but when when it was a bit more expensive, it was still a great buy.
That's me sorted for the week. mmMMM.
Cheesy beans, cheesy mash, cheesy porridge, cheesy muesli, cheesy toast. Perfect
Great deal but dont forget the milk 2 litre- two for £1.50p.Hot

wouldn't say your not as i have purchased a few of your deals and thanks again for that, i think if my name was chanchi32 it would of made the headlines in minutes, then again mentioning gluten free might of killed the deal for me.

When my daughter was little she was sat at her little table with stew and dumplings and our dog pinched the dumplin off the top, he was sooo careful it was hilarious. As soon as I said Alfie! He dropped it and hurried off to the front door, tail i between legs.and laid on the door mat shaking. I've never once hit him but if he ever does something wrong and I catch him he always does this. Bless him

My dog got a Crack! when it jumped upto the table and nicked the steak of my daughters plate.
Hes never liked it since.
I remember when I was young, in quite a moneyless upbringing I used you see the babybell adverts and think I really want to try those. Mum never would buy them and used to say I wouldn't like them. Then one magic day I nagged her so much she caved in and bought some. So excited I got home and as she put the shopping away I unwrapped the bouncy cheese ball, took a bite expecting brilliance... and... nope... yuk... hated it. Mum was right lol. Never had them since.
good price though

Grate advice but it doesn't say anything about half price in the title and my supermarket showed it at around £5-£6 per Kg across the range. I shop in Aldi where cheddar is always this price.
I just love cheese 🧀😬

I really wish they made only three sided graters. Why do they have to put that horrible diamond shaped one on the side. You know... The one where you always catch your hand, or the dish cloth or your clothes. Seriously... no-one uses that. Just give us a nice flat side we can hold on to.

None worked for me
None of these item codes work for me when the system just says "Sorry, an error has occurred whilst trying to redeem your voucher". That is except for the last one which complains about some minimum spend unfixable so far.

I fixed the cheese one. That voucher is worth £3 but Sainsbury have reduced the item 50p to £2.50 and their voucher system has a stroke. The solution is to add two meaning you get 700g of cheese for £2.
Edited by: "sfakley" 23rd Jan
I seem to have been given the full £24.50 of vouchers, and all 3 products on the receipt, but weirdly I cannot find the Pilgrim cheese.

Have i lost it (the cheese or my mind) I don't know!

Really odd as I can't see how they can scan it onto the receipt then it doesn't make it to my house, unless it's in someone else's box.
Edited by: "thelatics" 21st Jan
Just to let others know - as a newcomer to the country, I have never made an online order at Sainsbury's before, I always used Tesco's online or instore. Got one of the £20 off leaflets in my letterbox and gave it a try. My first order was cancelled due to technical reasons and I was told to try again with a different card on the same account. I tried but the £20 code did not work. As I was at work and wanted to order quickly, I thought as I am a genuine new customer (fresh off the plane a few months ago etc) I could just use a different email address so the code would work properly. It did go through but the order was cancelled again the next day and I was told on the phone (after emails and a phone call from me as I did not receive full information) that my account with them was cancelled entirely for using the 2nd account - literally just for that. The rep was extremely aggressive verbally and then said that I would not be able to use Sainsbury's online for life. This is after me having no problem with Tesco's, Amazon, Curry's, Argos, Ebay, Debenhams, etc. It is pretty sad to be treated this way for a genuine mistake (and literally my only mistake, having never shopped there online before!). Oh well, better supermarkets out there who actually treat people decently and kindly with better customer service.
I've just received my order and although it accepted the voucher for philidelphia and ryvita I've been charged for them. The lady at customer services was quite rude and said the limit had been reached in my store, I did argue that they shouldn't have shown it as accepted on the order confirmation email but all she would do is give me a £1 e voucher for the philidelphia as I can't even take it back to the store! Just make sure you check the receipt while the driver is still there. I know it's only £2 but it's products I wouldn't have bought usually. I can return the ryvita to the store but seems a lot of hassle for £1!
