Slow roasted shoulder is lovely. Try using a Moroccan spice mix.
If you like Indian flavours shoulder is a preferred cut for Currys (but we usually get diced shoulder from the butchers ). The bone and cartilage adds to the flavour.

Raymond Blanc’s Harissa lamb shoulder is a superb recipe, I’ll definitely get one to make it again, one of my fav lamb dishes

I prefer lamb legs for curry or roast and shoulder for biryani as they are tender and mix nicely with rice

Yes the offer is on half shoulders as well. No offer for legs in Tesco but Sainsburys doing for 6.50

Both shoulder and leg are good, just depends on what you want. Both prices are very good. Will defo. get a couple for the freezer.
