There's been a demo of this on the Japan store for a while now.

Not tried it myself but just a heads-up if anyone is interested.

Like a Spore/Viva Pinata/Minecraft cross.

Bit too expensive still, apparently it's pretty shallow game and once you've completed it has very little replay value.

It's called Birthdays The Beginning on PS4 and PC, odd name but Happy Birthdays is odder still.
