    This is not made by the original developers. Its a terrible game dressed in Harvest Moon clothing. Ignore it and play something else.

    Each his own, but rare or not, I could think of so, so many better games to pick up for Nintendo's Switch you would actually enjoy and leave you with fond memories. Top of my head, based on genre/game type, Stardew Valley.

    That's not quite right, as there's a bit more involved than that. The studio that used to localise "Bokujo Monogatari" in the west kept the Harvest Moon name when the original development studio decided to get their western branch (xseed) to take over localisation duties. So the "old developer" never changed, just the localisation studio. It's Japanese name hasn't even changed, just its western one.
    You're right that people should avoid this though, as it's just plain bad.

    Be warned this is not the Harvest Moon games you know and love, it's Harvest Moon in name only sadly.
