Pretty much every review of this TV says it's average and that the HDR is lacking because the screen doesn't get bright enough. Shame because it's supposed to be a gaming TV.

What do you expect for £500.

I don't know how many times it needs to be repeated if you are paying under £700 this is best you will get so go for the cheapest you can which meets your requirements size etc.

What hifi gives this 3 out of 5 shame it looked promising

That's not a bad score though. It just doesn't rate as highly as a more expensive tv which is the same for any tv
  5. Stetec's avatar
    Yeah spotted that, removed it

Anyone know the cheapest 120hz tv at the moment? (edited)

If you are paying 500 quid for this one, rather get the TCL QM8 or the one you mentioned. This has 350 nits so not super bright (edited)

    Thanks for this

I was looking at this last week but went with LG after reading the Which Report which ended with
    Should I buy it?
If you only watched 4K content with sound off then this TV might be half decent, but that’s highly unlikely, so give it a wide berth.

I have been looking for a while for a new TV they all seem to have issues, out of interest which LG did you go for, TIA

    Do they have a 65?
  11. Yoshi123's avatar
    This or U6?
    ukdeal_user's avatar
I'd say U6 it has 650 nits brightness

Does anyone know the price in store ?

Usually you find if the in store tag says more it will scan through at the deal price, just ask a member of staff if you have an issue

How is this different to 55" U7K?
  17. yeahbutitsnotfree's avatar
I've seen good pictures coming out of hisesnse TVs and this is coming with a hdmi 2.1 which is fantastico

Hoping for some advise. Which is better, the advertised tv or 5h3 one in the link costco.co.uk/TVs…872
    HotDan's avatar
First difference that jumps out is QLED v MiniLED. MiniLED is a lot better. But that's a 60Hz TV. This one is 144Hz. So for gaming I'd say this one. For normal stuff the one in your link.

I'm looking at the 55 U7K which is MiniLED and 144Hz but that's £150+ more than these TVs.

What level of membership do I need to be able to benefit from the 5 year guarantee?
    junaidi2006's avatar
    Standard, I believe
  20. scroobiis123's avatar
Hey what would be better for a non gamer this one or Hisense 55U6KQTUK 55 Inch Mini LED 4K UHD Smart TV
Or could anyone recommend one for a similar price or just abit more ? Thanks
    Mirage67's avatar
If you look 2 posts above then junaidi2006 has already asked this.

The 55U6KQTUK is a Mini LED so it should be better if it's just for watching.
  21. Kirachan's avatar
I doubt if it is really 144hz

It was shown as sold out in the website, should this deals be closed? (edited)
    Smartguy1's avatar
