The Hoover HLE H8A2DE Heat Pump Tumble Dryer has a 9kg load capacity and comes with 14 programmes, including 4 clever sensor dry options and a Timed Drying function. Made with you in mind, this dryer has been designed to offer both style and practicality. The heat pump technology reuses any hot air that is normally lost to dry your load, making a heat pump dryer nearly twice as efficient a condenser dryer.

Featuring clever Sensor Dry technology, this product allows you to set the level of dryness you require and the dryer then switches off automatically when this level of dryness has been reached. Choose from Store Dry, Hang Dry and Iron Dry! This not only takes the best care of your garments, but also saves time, avoids over-drying, and is kind on bills, using just the right amount of energy.

This dryer comes complete with Wi-Fi Technology, so you can connect this machine to the Hoover app using your smartphone or tablet. This will allow you to download additional programmes, monitor cycles and run diagnostics checks on the machine.

The Anti-Allergy cycle dries while at the same time helping to reduce the main allergens such as dust mites, pet hair, pollens and residue of powder detergents.

Just be careful, if you are renting the property to students and they're using it.
Because students won't bother cleaning the heat exchanger properly and it will need the whole machine ripping apart to jet wash it if they let it get clogged up.
These are great but they need dedicated regular cleaning of the heat exchanger, if its a model such as samsung with no filter built in by design it will clog up faster (edited)

Worth it? Sick of using a dehumidifier and hanging stuff in the house

I've got the 9kg version of this. It's.... OK for the price.
The door water container is great, and the fluff trap is decent.
Cheap to run, averaging 1.3kwh per load, ie about 45p
However the settings are confusing and make little difference so we now use 'Mix and dry' for everything. The auto sensing can vary massively with some stuff coming out still damp and other stuff roasted way too long.

However it was the cheapest by some margin (paid £340 in October plus got £75 back with a Hoover promotion). Everything better, especially anything with a 5yr warranty, is much more expensive. I've gambled that it will outlast the 2yr warranty and banked the savings

I'll also add, a lot of complaints online that the water container eventually cracks and leaks.
Some opinions that it's the super hot condensate dropping in and stressing the plastic, so advisable to always leave a little water in the container before running

Also all heat pump tumble dryers run more efficiently in warm rooms, even if they will run in colder spacers. And they run for longer than condenser or vented dryers but still use far less electricity to dry the load
