Previously listed deal went out of stock some time ago. Couldn't find a way to report it as back in stock.

I bought one myself last week and it seems great (coming from a condenser dryer); significantly better build quality than my last and drying sensor seems to work well too.

Hi, and thanks for posting. I know heat pumps are supposed to be a little slower due to the way it works. Can I ask what sort of time it takes for drying so far?

I haven't thought to time it in the handful of times that I've used it but the honest answer is it depends on the program and how much you load it up with etc.

I use the "mixed" program most of the time and it seems to take significantly less time that the initial estimated time on the display for me.

I used the "cotton eco" program for some bath towels the other day (as a lighter load) and I think it estimated 2hrs 50 but it finished wayyyyyyy before that.

See some examples from the manual, though:

Anyone who ordered I was waiting on a delivery day. Called them and they said they don't have any left so upgraded to the 8000 same price. Worth a call if you are waiting ..

Best to go with a brand with better reputation and longer parts with labour warranty m, in this case the AEG in this deal, I would say. You can always extend most heat pump tumble tumbles warranty for about £100 to 5 years cover, at various retailer though

For a budget of 600, would you go with this or a samsung that offers 5 years and 20 years on motor

This looks good but ideally looking for a heat pump dryer with 5 year warranty.
