    I am confused by these. There is an 8L model with air fryer lid for a tenner less then there is the smaller one for £129. Tempted but no idea which one I want

    There are indeed lots and capacity is not the only differentiation. This model uses a better inner pan - handles, doesn’t spin when you stir, and stovetop, even induction, friendly.
    This also has a controller with many modes (and presets) as well as the knob and menu display interface.
    Well worthwhile if it is only barely more than the standard Crisp of similar capacity. (edited)

    Would this be good for making yogurt? Is there any good way to clean the air fryer lid without opening it up (which I assume may break things) like steaming with lemon? (edited)

    Following.... I can't for the life of me find out if you can just set a temperature, of say 28 degrees and it'll hold it. I want to be able to make yoghurt, kefir and proof bread.
