    Now not sure if this will be the same but I bought one of these and short of weighing it down with bricks its basic function is to fall over - a lot. Mines weighted down but still unstable as heck, looks a good concet them you stick tools in it...

    As per the diagram with the packaging, mine came in this tattered state, there are two points where it should be screwed to the walls of your shed, garage etc
