Not worth for gaming the black smearing will make you want to dash it out the window just go with a IPS and save yourself the hassle of returning. Been through multiple VA monitors every time expecting something different but every time end up returning.

So what have you gone for similar to this price on an IPS screen?

Does it support freesync and gsync?

A lot of confusion if this is a 1440p panel or 1080p. (edited)

It's freesyn premium, not g-sync certified but reddit posts say it works fine with g-sync. The monitor is a 1440p one with VA panel

The Dell is a far better screen with better specs and it's also an IPS Panel which is better for gaming, compared to the VA Panel that's on this.

100% the Dell is a far superior screen and a much better gaming monitor, it's worth the extra money.

It's 350 nits brightness so I say bargain. VA panel is OK as a monitor I guess as one will be right in front of the screen.. VA also has better black levels (edited)
