Returns Policy

The goods must be returned in the original box and internal packaging and not have been used, installed, or downloaded.
There are some exemptions to our returns policy, if you have broken the seal on health or hygiene products you will not be able to return the item, including but not limited to headphones/shavers/toothbrushes.

Any goods supplied must then be returned at your own expense, within 10 days of Hughes accepting your returns request.

Providing the goods are returned complete with all accessories (including any free gifts supplied) you will receive a full refund within 14 days of our receipt of the goods.
