I’ve been wondering if these Coconut briquettes are any good for a while, so when I went to my local Lidl (Felixstowe, Walton Ave) and saw these at £2.25 a bag, I thought I’d give them a go. Can’t be certain, but I’m sure these were £4.50 earlier in the year.
But when i went through the checkout, it seems these are ALSO buy-one-get-one-free, so two bags (6kg) for £2.25!
No signage up to say anything, but I imagine this would be national. Quite likely that all the other charcoal is BOGOF too.

Got myself 4 bags. Went thru the till at £3.96 then discounted again with £1.98 knocked off, discount code on receipt is 'FS MB'
So paid £1.98 for 4 bags. Must be a bogof deal 💷 (edited)
I think they were £5.49 a bag at the start of summer.
