Don't think I've ever seen a supermarket reduce this product in the time I've been monitoring LM prices.

For best before end see side of pack. Keep frozen -18°C or below. Do not refreeze.

Preparation
Oven cook: From Frozen

Cooking instructions given are for the whole roast. For best results, always cook from frozen. All cooking appliances vary; timings are to be used as a guideline only, please adjust times accordingly. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked through prior to serving. Remove outer packaging, but leave roast in foil tray.

  • Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5.
  • Place roast in its foil onto a preheated wire rack and cook in the centre of the oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes (45 minutes for fan oven)
  • After cooking, leave to stand for 5 minutes before running a knife around the edge of the roast and turning out onto a serving plate.

    I’m a vegetarian and a fan of Linda McCartney products but I have to say, visually, this looks disgusting and certainly not like any roast chicken or part off I have seen.

    Voted hot for price as LM stuff has become expensive recently and less on special offer.

    I have had this - it's very disappointing compared to their other products. Doesn't look or taste anything like chicken and the mouth feel is a bit weird, but fine with plenty of decent onion gravy on.

    yeah had one of these once.....not very nice at all ..and i'm usually not that fussy


    The Quorn roast is the one to go for .well noice ...hot or cold

    Best I've found for a vegetarian Sunday roast..I've done it for a couple of xmas dinners too (edited)
