Oh, and if your country is UK then telephone number needs the 1st zero removing and +44 put in its place.

Lots will have changed, but a good primer.

Shame it is in PDF rather than epub so it would work much better with e-readers and tablets, Microsoft knows best when giving free ebooks, they normally give a range of formats epub, mobi and pdf.
