    I'm not sure how accurate a picture trustpilot gives these days as I feel people generally only use it when they have had issues and want to grumble. I think you won't hear from the customers who orders arrived perfectly fine as expected.

    Many companies who you prehaos wouldn't expect have poor trustpilot reviews.

    Even Hotukdeals doesn't do well on trustpilot.

    Have a cancellation e-mail and refund too, but nothing at all on the cancellation e-mail to say why they have cancelled it. Fair enough if there's a good reason to cancel it, but at least apologise and explain. What a rubbish company! (edited)
