Neither I could not cancel my order. I called customer service and they told me they are not cancellimg orders during Xmas campaign, which sounded like a bad excuse.
You will have to go to a Game shop to return the item, it is fastest solution to get your refund.
On other hand, this edition looks really great for a present.
