    Yes in theory it could if sony wants to take the effort and crack down on it. As it is breaking there T&C. But i have had a secondary foreign account for years and never a problem (that is also the one i game share on and they don't seem to care) (edited)

    That would have been good except I have no desire to play on playstation 4 at the moment I have a Xbox series X and I just can't stand going back to load time and the vacuum cleaner sound when playing games XD, once I can get a physical version for 20 or less for the Xbox I will play it.
