Description
Pinot Grigio is one of the most popular styles in the UK and it is most loved for its fresh, fruity characteristics and crisp clean finish. Distinct varietal aromas of pear and passion fruit with delicate floral perfumes. This is a refreshing white wine featuring delightful flavours of ripe pear and green apple. It is a nicely balanced wine that delivers a clean citrus finish typical of the Pinot Grigio style.

McGuigan Wines was established to celebrate the culmination of 3 generations of wine growing by the McGuigan family. Founder Brian McGuigan adopted the central symbol of the family crest, the lion, to reflect inspiration & the McGuigan's enduring spirit & passion for producing great quality Australian wine.

About a £1 more expensive than last time, but still good value. For info the Welsh/Scotts MUPpet price would be £24.75 per case.

And even then no supermarket would sell it at that price, most appear to be selling at £7 a bottle at least.

Why is wine all going to 11%. I don't get out of bed for 11%

Bought this last time it was a similar price and I have to say it’s really not that bad for the money

Matching Asda at £27 for 6 bottles before S&S discounts.
Might help some people south of the border, or when the S&S prices drop off.

How does this compare with the other Black Label? Does it pair well with pork scratching like Carling Black Label did?

Very easy drinking, 11% alcohol. Not as dry as many Pinot G (which taste of nothing, all acid) - recommended from me. (edited)
