Just came from Asda and the twin pack is £1. I thought it was a mistake but scanned two packs. I do not know how long this offer is for but if like me you love these, that is a bargain considering this twin pack is over £4 at other stores.

    McVities, just like Heinz, must be worried that their 'pandemic greed' will finish them off.

    I'm doing my little bit to help with that by never buying their products ever again, no matter how reduced they are.

    As far as I'm aware Heinz and McVities no longer exist.

    I don't think it's heinz etc, probably the supermarket is not selling the branded products as they are overpriced and people are buying alternative products. So they have too much stock left, and are trying to get rid of them. I have found correctly priced alternatives which I now love the taste of and will not be going back to these greedy branded companies products. (edited)

    I got 5 packs last Saturday for a quid each. But they've gone back to full price at my local Asda.

    These are back to £2.65 in my store now and that online. I think this deal is msot likely over unless there is sale stock left somewhere.
