It's still in progress, but will be sent out.

​It would have been removed from the site, entirely, if they didn't have confirmation of a restock via their stockist. That's how the system works. I'm confident these orders will be fulfilled.

Yup, although it turns out that's not the problem - something wrong with my account so have contacted support.

... and now that's fixed, trying to back order gives a "product no longer available" message.
