    Meant to post earlier but forgot! In St Austell have those in the above photo plus some others like crushed Datterni tomatoes as well.
    They also had half tins of chopped tomatoes at 6 for a £1. Also a good deal as the NET weight was higher (320gm for 2 tins vs 240gm for 1 big tin)

    A quick receipe if that is okay. Put a can of these into a frying pan and bring it to its bubbling away, crack a few eggs in and put the lid on for 5 minutes till the eggs cook. Serve with crusty bread. It's called spanish eggs. The funny thing is, it was an Italian cafe owner who told me the receipe. (edited)

    Absolute bargain. Eat with a couple of the Wikinger bockwurst from the farmfoods chiller cabinet reduced to 99p from £1.50. (equivalent in Lidl cost 3.19) BBE 25/10/22 and 11/11/22. Not to be confused with more expensive bratwurst.

    These were 3 for £1 a few days ago, I expect they are nearing their expiry date (Dec 2022) that's why they've changed it to 4 for £1. Heat op.

    Just a real shame that I can't reach Wigan or Yeovil, otherwise I'd buy two dozen tins!

    The cherry tomatoes are whole so still have skins (others varieties don't)... I love them that way mind, especially as can make a mix with chopped or pulped etc depending on the dish. (A tin of whichever in a small baking tray with a couple of burgers and smothered in cheese gratings isa quick meal and lush IMO plus can chop up with veg like peppers etc to suit : )
