One thing to be cautious of is the place that deals with amazon returns does not have the capability to test these out so they will go through a visual inspection only before being put back up for sale.

not to say you won get some good deals just be careful

for anyone else who's interested but can't find something from the list above, try out overclockers.co.uk or watercoolinguk.co.uk for "B-grade" blocks that are often 50% off. If you email Rob @ overclockers (google the email address) with a reasonable offer on a B-grade block you might just get a discount off that too. It's worked for me a few times

    Anything suitable for a 2fan 3060ti?
Temp is fine for now, but for the future!

And to the OP you dont need to water cool a 4090 lol... my MSI barely goes above 30% fan speed, ive seen it do it once in warhammer 3 since the campaign map hammers the CPU and card for some reason... other games 4k and its always under 30% fan speed.

Water cooling GPUs is a thing of the past.

Some of us prefer silence at all times (actual silence, not "it's pretty quiet" )

I also hate huge coolers and love over clocking with rock solid temps (& therefore rock solid frequency graph and resulting fps with higher 1%lows for less stuttering)

all around water cooling remains the best experience for gaming and rendering (edited)

did you get that price on the 4090 as the 20%back on credit bnpl?

Also did it have any coil whine? (edited)

Yes bnpl 20% off and a year to pay it off before any interest is charged (essentially 0% for 364 days)

I've read nothing but good things about the gigabyte gaming oc model especially relating to coil whine. I'll be installing into a system who's components (psu, mobo) have also never had coil whine. The only card I've had with coil whine was the 6800XT and the R9 nano long long ago. AMD seems particularly affected by it but it can happen in any card and as a result of hardware combination. Fingers crossed...

My 4070 ti inno3d fan gets super loud at max load, do any of these fit a 4070 ti? Can't see ones that do, would I be looking for a 4090 one? Cheers.

Blocks need to fit your card - very specifically. If your board follows a stock design then it's easier but you must must check this carefully. A block will be made to touch the chips on your board in specific places and does far more than just cool the GPU itself - the memory and VRMs are just as important. As in it go bang important or it just don't fit period.
