What is the target CL you should look for on DDR4 RAM?

50036921-zz9JR.jpglowest.... the best. But it all depends on setup you are using it for. Ideal for like ryzen 3/5k series is 3600mhz with lowest CL , wich is very hard to find 14 . most common is 3600/cl16 . But 3200/cl16 is still considered extremely good. I personally use patriot viper steel 4x8gb 4400/cl19 set at 3600/cl13 paired with my ryzen 7 5800x. These modules are very reliable and flexible, so you can squeeze even more out of this ones.

PS:i added a comparrison table (edited)

Has anyone got any experience with mixing Ram kits from different manufacturers?
I've got crucial ballistix RGB which is quite hard to find at the moment, not at reasonable price at least. I'm waiting for the delivery of Corsair Vengeance pro with the exact same capacity and identical timings. accoridng to some YouTube videos it should be OK, I was wondering if anyone is running it like that at the moment.
