    Should be but a couple of things to note. Many mainboards, or the CPUs do not like 4 x sticks of ram, period. Always better to go 2 x 16GB if you can. If it does work okay and this will depend on mobo / CPU and Firmware, they should all just operate at the lower frequency. I would give it a go, personally.

    I have 16gb of Corsair vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B3200C16W. I've always tried to keep to same brand spec but will it matter? Both are CL16 & 3200MHZ and xmp 2.0...
