They will dispatch in a jiffy bag. Last time I received the game with a damaged box and they were reluctant to replace it.

Cant personally stomach steelbooks. Seems a bit pointless for a 3ds game and its not like there are loads of them to collect. big heat for the price and spot though its never been this cheap.
