Not true. Have split vouchers before and used vouchers on items excluded from promotional codes.

Avoid , my £35 voucher never worked last time.
Great deal if it works, i bought this last time it was available. Gift card came back with £0 on it. Groupon took 8 weeks to repay me the money (Groupon blamed adidas, adidas blamed groupon) and only did so because i reported them to paypal
I bought this offer through Groupon last time around and it was an absolute nightmare! They sold me codes that had already been used. Groupon insisted that only Adidas can sort this out and Adidas insisted that only Groupon can sort it out. After weeks of back and forth emails I finally managed to get a refund from Groupon - what an awful company to deal with!- Thanks OP - worked a treat for me, effective additional 1/3 off something already in the sale. Reminder though to use the promotional gift card first before the main one as the expiry date is very soon

Worked after I realised you have to enter the code at “payment method” not @ “promo code”. Bought 5 items worth £200 for around £100 with adidas 20% off code.

Had no problems using the vouchers on 3 separate orders. Used the £15 promo cards first and the £35 cards afterwards.
I’m flabbergasted if adidas have allowed Groupon this ‘deal’ again. As many others have commented it was a December fiasco. Sold me two codes which had already been used, adidas referred me back to Groupon, Groupon kept stalling asking for proof which I sent them, after 8 weeks I did a charge back with my credit card provider. Just tried this on 2 outlet items (duffel bag and track suit) worked a charm!
I used the £50+£25 promo voucher on items that at full price were £100+, effectively bringing this down to half price.
