I am sure they said in store if a wine is less than £5 you can’t get the 25% discount if you get 6 bottles. They said it is a new rule

Yes, it's a new rule but applied to the list price (£7) before a tactical discount like this.

To get the discount you must spend £6.00 a bottle, changed the minimum spend about a month ago.- Was a glitch which didn't take into account minimum alcohol pricing. It's now been rectified.

- Never tried a good S.African (or Australian) Sauv Blanc - they just don't seem able to make one (too hot maybe?). If not NZ then Chile or even French.
NZ Italy and France for me. Likewise never had a decent SA wine. - 25% not added to my c&c order. Receipt received this morning.

Has to be actually delivered or collected today? I had collection for tomorrow and didn't show then changed to delivery tonight and it worked. - Ordered and got delivery this evening so had the 25% off too. Had to order more to get value to over £40, then delivery charge was £3. Allowed for substitions so see what turns up tonight 😁 . Thanks Gary.
