More unecessary stuff heading for an early exit to landfill! (edited)

    More unnecessary comments.
Might be unnecessary for you but for someone only wanting to make coffee for one in a morning, it’s ideal. Had one for over a year and use it every day.

Good price for the timer version.

Tempted for providing that instant first drink of rubbish coffee in an early morning to mix with the aftertaste of toothpaste. (edited)

I eat/drink first then brush teeth after before leaving the house otherwise would need to brush again and I have a severe neurological illness so would be too tiring to brush twice.

I had one without the timer. Cup is rubbish tbh. water gets between the plastic and metal parts and the screws in the base rust out. I now use a stainless steel cafetere which gives me the option to do a much larger brew when needs be. kettle is boiled in no time so can't see the need for a timer and letting the coffee grounds go stale overnight. Good price so heat. (edited)

I bought one of these a few months back for £16. Great machine, use it every day and easy to use, clean etc. £24 isn’t an unreasonable amount to pay for it.

Is this the type you can set the manual switch to ‘on’ and quicky kill the juice the night before and control with a smart plug?
