Slingsby may not be for some, for whatever reason.
That said their Rhubarb Gin is a class product for those wanting that flavour.
Served warm over Ice Cream or Flambe'd over Pancakes as a twist to Cointreau it works well.
The Rhubarb Gin is superb with any quality tonic and very interesting with Old Jamaica Ginger.
If you can get this (on S&S) for £20 its a good buy.
