The Spirit of New OrleansIn 1874, founder and legendary southerner M.W. Heron created the first batch of his genuine smooth-drinking whiskey, blended with his very own fruits and spices.

History and MysteryWe’ve been crafting our smooth-drinking whiskey for over 140 years, ever since our founder M.W. Heron created the ‘The Grand Ole Drink of the South’ way back in 1874. Back then, he was fond of saying ‘None Genuine But Mine’ and it still holds true – as whiskey lovers around the world reach for the unmistakeable, smooth-drinking flavour of Southern Comfort.


Southern Berry Sour
Place 3 cranberries in a glass, add ice, pour 50 ml Southern Comfort and 100 ml Cranberry Juice, squeeze in a lemon wedge and top with 50 ml Sicilian Lemonade.
Gently stir and garnish with a rosemary sprig.


Southern Comfort, Lemonade and Fresh LimePour 50 ml Southern Comfort over ice, squeeze 2 lime wedges and place in drink and top with 150 ml lemonade.
Stir gently and garnish with lime wedge.


Southern Country Iced TeaPour 50 ml Southern Comfort over ice, squeeze 1 lemon wedge and top with Liptons Peach Ice Tea.
Stir gently and garnish with lemon wedge.
