sorted by- Was £8.50 last Sep when it was on offer, so with inflation this probably isn't a bad deal.
- £8 in Asda I'm sure
Parkhead had it for £4 last week but tbf Asda alcohol reductions are insanely store specific - £8 in Tesco and approx the same in AsdaAuthorLinks, please.
- this seems to be an above average price.
The essence of this liqueur is the Curacao or Lahara fruit, infamous for being inedible bitter. Fortunately, it's also incredibly useful in creating a distinctive liqueur. Having covered the "Curacao" part, where does "blue" come in? Honestly, its blue colour has made this liqueur famous, even though it has no effect on the taste. It's for show.
We might as well have called it clear Curacao - no-one would taste the difference. Anno 1695. De Kuyper is the largest producer of quality cocktail liqueurs in the World. Produced in Holland since 1695 using the highest quality, raw ingredients.
