Have 2 pairs, got a set for my birthday and were so good I purchased a pair for the other half.
My pair went wrong.
Started to give a high pitch squeal like an old hearing aid.
Called Soundcore, talked me through deleting from phone and hard reset the headset.
Great, they worked for 2 more months.
Then the issue started again.
Called them, no problem a new set will be with you in 3 days. Arrived next day.
Great price, quality and customer service.
They have SoundCore Q45 on eBay for £81 much better headphones!!
Incase the Bluetooth connectivity is lost due to the battery running out I mean. (edited)
The NC does not work from memory.
When they low battery warning starts you still get 1 hour.
I use mine for 3-4 hours a day and just charge them once a week.
For the price you are not going to get better ANC.
Obviously the Bose QC's and Sony whatevers are (slightly) better, but they're both almost 4x the price at around ~£200.

I use NC, Normal and Transparency but these 3 modes sound like something that would be of great use.
The equaliser is good as I mostly listen to podcasts and radio.
With the NC, there is public, transport and can’t remember sorry.
I thought the sound quality was good and the noise cancelling pretty decent. Listening to Audio books was like Jackanory, with someone personally sitting next to you reading you the book. 😁
Especially at their price point.
You'll burst your eardrums with the highest screech you'll ever hear.
