    Good price though for either, although you'd still need 8mm & 10mm for bikes.

    The thing they checked for was whether it was a) Available nearby, nearby being subjective and b) whether collect in store was free. For me, nearest was Cirencester which was is 15 miles away and for Wickes, click-and-collect is free. So I was able to order it at the same price. Halfords does price match only in-store, meaning you have to go into store for it. I believe others such as John Lewis do it online, so by the usual rules, as long as they have it in stock, they will price match.

    Tried ordering for click and collect from two stores last time this was on offer and both orders were cancelled 😡 Wickes stock system is nearly as bad as Homebase!

    I agree - I've ordered many things from Wickes, both on sale and not, and almost expect the phone call from the store to say they don't have it available. They don't seem to have a centralised hub for online orders.
