pretty sure your data will. end up corrupted with this and it will never fill to the correct capacity 🤦🏻‍♂️

Also this review must be pretty accurate 🤦🏻‍♂️

Read the 1 - 3 star reviews if you want a true representation of this sd card (edited)

SD card are supposed to be 128GB but they are not, they are 118 GB..... I'm disappointed

I wouldn't risk 1TB of data on a less well known brand card like this.

    Better off sticking with Samsung.

I suppose if your data isn't worth much to you, this might be ok. (edited)

I wouldn't risk my data with any brand, that's why we should all have backups.
An SD card can fail at any time no matter who it is manufactured by, though TG are actually quite good.

They're only a lesser known brand over here. (edited)

Great price. Are we buying on Amazon UK from Amazon US seller? Any taxes? (edited)

There is never any tax or import due on Amazon orders. They are very strict in that a customer should never pay more than is shown at checkout.

    Mine arrived today.

Early signs look good. The capacity is correct and a pretty fast card.

Seeing about 90MB/s read and write on a mac using the sdcard reader on a caldigit ts3+ thunderbolt 3 dock.

Should make a good companion for steam deck. Think it maxes out about 100MBs on the sdcard reader anyway.

Teamgroup aren't fake, just a lesser known brand. Stocked pretty widely in the US by places like NewEgg etc..

Looks like 1TB MicroSD cards are going down in price.

There is Silicon Power ones for $55 USD on Amazon.com ($62 delivered to here)

SP are another good lesser known brand.

Unfortunately, the price seems to have reverted back to yesterday's £75, which is what I paid when I bought one...

This Teamgroup card is back down to £65.74.

Any opinions about which one is better this Teamgroup 1tb card vs the amazon.com Silicon Power 1tb card? thanks.

this is now down to £63.08.

Anybody knows (or tried to claim) warranty for products like these micro sd cards that were bought on amazonUK but dispatched from amazonUS?
