If your gaps are tight then interdental brushes are a waste of money potentially. Even at the lowest thickness they will buckle before they enter tight gaps. Just worth noting if anyone flosses tight gaps and thinks these would be better.

Very good to know. My Panasonic waterpik has been a Godsend.

Colour represents the size. It is important.

Get these from Lidl for half the price

Cheap versions of these are not much more for multiple hundreds. They are not as effective but are much more comfortable to use than normal interdental brushes

Ordered some cheap ones before and ended up with loads of rubber/silicon bits in my mouth, where it fell apart.

The 60 pack is slightly cheaper if buying 4 as you get extra 5% off. So comes to £0.075 per tepe instead of £0.079 or tepe in the 36 pack, but your personal s&s can push savings either way

Wish I used these few years back. Now a broom would be more appropriate!

Highly recommend these interdental brushes. These do not jab into your gums like the metal based interdental brushes! I managed to grab these for £2.90 in Waitrose when they were on offer last week, they've now gone back to the normal price which makes this Amazon deal a good one! (edited)

Agreed - very good build quality; I’m still using the same one from 1994 🏻

do you not have to clean them at some point, after several uses? (edited)

As a dentist, it’s great to see many people are interested in using these ! Perfect way to clean in between the teeth, just make sure to use the right sizes ( shouldn’t be too easy to get in between or too tight - just some friction)

Once you’ve finished with them some sea turtle can use it to floss also.

How weird, just clicked again and showed up at £2.99 and then let me order with s&s for £2.24?! Not complaining though. Thanks for sharing

What's the benefit of these over flossing?
    Stephen_Clements's avatar
They are better, easier to use, and if you have fractionally larger gaps between teeth then they are far more effective. My hygienist recommended them to me and it’s been a game changer (edited)

Got a 60-pack of this same brand on Amazon for £4.80 last week ...works out a little cheaper per stick, don't think that was a special deal.

I used to hate flossing, currently getting my teeth sorted and these have been a god send , thanks OP

Better for the environment to have a water flosser then have normal floss for when you have something that can't get out
    SuffolkLad222's avatar
Not based on my experience. I bought a Waterpik and didn't find it as effective as other means of flossing (confirmed by my dentist). It was also a faff to keep it charged. I now have a big lump of unused plastic sitting in my house.

I've never used these before. I don't think I know how to use it tbh

Plenty of advice / demos on the Internet that should help. Search for 'how to use interdental brushes'.

A bargain, best interdentals I have used. Not as harsh on the gumline as other brands.

I know it sounds silly but if you're trying different types out to see what works for you I can thoroughly recommend the colourful Crayola Gum flossers.

EasyPick’s small design means you can quickly and easily remove trapped food without the need to leave the table...........UGH!!!!!!!!!!! students and sun readers.........

if you go fishing, when you gut the fish, keep the bones and you can use them just like these. If you go to your local fish and chip shop, they may give you the bones for free.
  33. stuart3's avatar
Heat added as anything like this is great and important; however I find the 90 degree ones to be much, much easier and more effective for the back teeth.

These are I fact great value. Went to the local supermarket and a pack of 6 I think were £2.10. Here you get 36!
