    Great find / cake cheeky-chap
    Tesco have had these for sale at £2 prior to the escalation in prices, they crazily put these up to £3, then reduce it to £2,25 to make it look like a deal.
    Does not fool me, although very nice cake.

    During the early days of the pandemic they were often on clubcard offers for £1.50-£1.75 too.

    Sainsburys have had their Taste the difference versions of these @ £2 nectar price for a week or so and they end tomorrow.
    (not knocking your deal, just making people aware of the alternative/comparison)

    I had their Coffee & Walnut cake and Carrot cake both delicious.

    Funnily enough I fancied the look of that Tesco Chocolate cake then read your comment so going to give it a go thanks

    Yeah these are alright...on par with Sainsbury's taste the difference...wouldn't be surprised if they're not made at the same factory

    Bought the new Sainsbury's summer one today for 2 quid ..coffee and vanilla....very noice (edited)
