    If your referring to China as an example of a communism working then you have chosen a bad example. For a starter, China is NOT a communist state anymore. It is an autocratic state in which people are able to own businesses and and property in a free market capitalist model. It wasnt until China adopted capitalist policies regarding enterprise and deregulation that China began its boom
