Players can get two free skins during the Winterfest event, Krisabelle and Polar Peely. PC players can get the Blizzabelle skin from the Epic Games store for free.

    Yes, I think they'd likely have to log in on PC, and go to the lobby screen to redeem. Once you have it its linked to account and not device.

    Yes I have done this on two different accounts then gone onto Xbox n it's appeared in locker

    The "Blizzabelle" is the only PC exclusive skin, the other two are for all platforms.

    I never had a clue either but my daughter logged onto the game via the pc and found the free skin. When she then logged on via the ps4 it was there ready to use

    I have both mine and my sons account on our PS4 and PC. When you open the game on PC it asks for the type of login you setup and to use those details. When in game go to the item shop and she is available for no fee. The skin will then be available on your account which ever console you use.

    Yep, as long as their Epic Games account is linked

    As long as you have a full account and not just an Xbox guest account (Google upgrade epic Xbox account to full account), you can log in in any pc and claim this on xbox or PlayStation. I’ve done this for both my boys.
    The live chat in the help section can walk you through doing it as they did with me.

    If you download the nivida geforce now app on your phone, create an account you can log onto Fortnite on the app n it registers as computer just remember to link your epic games account before you go onto the game also it can take a while but I managed to do it this way
