    One of the USB C ports it's purely for power pass through for charging the laptop, and not for data transfer.

    Can I use this to play PC games on my TV downstairs ?

    I normally have to move my pc downstairs so I can connect through hdmi, ethernet, controller, headset.

    Thinking a long enough adapter would solve the issues but how would my PC transmit through the usb C ?

    Unless you have a usb c on your GPU on a PC it probably wouldn't work as they're a lot fussier than a laptop.
