Works great, but keep in mind. M.2 SATA (NON NVME) DO NOT WORK

I have one of these and the rubber screw is more of a plug than a screw, there are no threads on it, the plug just pulls out and presses in. I found that pressing it home with my thumb worked best.

can it be replaced with a screw at all?

Good price. But if this is the one with the rubber screw, I found it really annoying. Returned and got an ssk one instead.
