    It's unfortunate that the current FX3 game purchases won't transfer into the new Pinball FX, which is being released next year. Understandable though as its apparently going to use a new game engine.

    Zen Studios have said that the FX3 versions of their tables will be incompatible with the new version and that regrettably fans who want the new versions will have to buy them again.

    Those who purchased FX2 tables and were able to transfer them into FX3 were hoping for a similar scenario. Unfortunately this isn't going to happen.

    Love pinball, love pinball fx3, just hate paying a lot for these packs.


    I started with FX3 last Christmas and have only been buying the tables when they are on sale. I now have something like 93/99 tables available. The packs have almost all been on sale at some point during 2021 and you can usually get them when it works out as about £1.50 per table which is a pretty good deal really. As with everything else on PSN, they end up on sale eventually, you just need to keep your eyes peeled!

    I looked back in my large 9 page PS library and i Have Zen Pinball 2 - …I looked back in my large 9 page PS library and i Have Zen Pinball 2 - hope that does the job. Bought the Marvel 1 and Jaws pack


    Yeah - FX2 was replaced by FX3 (except for VR) and any tables you had for FX2 should work with FX3.

    Good choicea on this round of discounts - I picked up every pack except the Jurassic Park one.

    Wish Zen Classics in FX3 was on sale. It's been out since 2017 and apparently has never been discounted!

    I mute the in-game music and cue up Spotify. I even have playlists of the proper music ready to go. And I find the characters voices admirable efforts and quite charming. You get used to them. This is a bargain and you're missing out on a lot of fun.

    very true would be excellent having the variety in tables. Can't remember when FX2 was last on sale it's been that long
