About this deal

Meaco being out of stock every where, this is the next best I can find for 25L extraction at 310W (currys website where its listed for £450).

Powerful and easy to use for laundry or basement.

The Wood’s MDK26 is a powerful, compact and smart dehumidifier packed with benefits and fits most environments. It is a very stylish and easy to use and dries laundry quickly and gently with a dry-wash function.

It exhausts warm, dry air on its top that blow-dries the laundry. There is no worry about maintenance or defrosting - merely set desired humidity level and leave the unit to it. The MDK26 is made with environmentally friendly cooling media called R-290. The use of R-290 is significantly more energy efficient than HFC gases.

The Wood’s MDK26 is easy to install and operate, and will quickly lower the ambient humidity and remove mildew and moisture. The perfect choice for laundry, living spaces, basements, summer houses, caravans, or similar areas.

The MDK26 has a dehumidification capacity of 25 litres/day, LCD display and timer, a carrying handle and wheels which make it easy to place where you want.

This was £240 on black Friday. Painful to pay £300 now.

I thought it was a little low for a 25l one.

Still not too bad though. (edited)

I’m looking at either the 20L Meaco (64m2) or the Ebac 3850e (225m2), anyone else trying to decide between these two?

…I would have purchased this had I seen it at £240. Couldn’t pay £300 now knowing it was that price

Love my Ebac and the added bonus is that it's made in UK

Wow that sounds a very low wattage if it is really 260watts for this extraction.

Had a quick look elsewhere and was unable to find the wattage though.

£299 I believe is their normal price, when was it £339?

Anybody knows if 12L will be enough for a small 3 bed house or 20 defo ?

Had a 20L recently and did the job, took 2 litres of water out the air every 48 hours. However, I couldn’t get humidity under 55%

Could be my house “breathes” too much or could have been the dehumidifier, either way now my roofs fixed it’s been returned (edited)

I think the meaco 20 ltr is cheaper to run and I would go for the 20ltr for 3 bedrooms. Yes just looked 219 watt (edited)

Ignore the qualified person simply plug in ... 4 hour wait is usually if it's been stored horizontally ... I purchased this a couple of weeks ago ... Plugged it straight in ... Works a treat :-)
