The Swift Shorestrider is a rarity amongst the tallstrider breeds of Kalimdor. Perfect for any collection. This ground mount offers an increase in movement speed based on the character's Riding level, making it a valuable asset for all. In order to ride this mount, a player must earn the Apprentice Riding skill or better.

To claim your Swift Shorestrider Mount*
Open your Spellbook, and look for the "Mount" ability when you're in an area you're allowed to ride, simply click on the "Mount" ability to summon your mount. May require Apprentice Riding, which is accessible at level 20.
Your character will mount up and you can begin riding it. If you have multiple mounts, you can use the Mounts tab in the Collections window to select a different mount to summon. You can also set a favorite mount by right-clicking on its icon in the Mounts tab and selecting "Set Favorite."

sorted bytried getting into it again but oh my %#* god…
like every other damn game - it is just made deliberately and unnecessarily complicated and convoluted to be able to sell some clothing and pets and stuff. I gave up in 2-3 days after every attempt.
tried classic - but lacking all those built-in addons that come with the newer expansions made it a bigger commitment.
In summary, yeah, i am getting old
