If you look at the comments on this post it's easy to see why. Thankfully there are more relaxed people on here that realise not everyone sits on this site everyday.
I posted it as mine had expired last month and I there was nothing in my alerts for game pass.

i did the 99p one and only used it once, i cancelled the membership the day before renewal. This was February, Every saturday for the past 8 weeks they have been trying to take £32.99 from my account! It's relentless! Despite contacting them 4 times and demanding they remove my card from their system. Luckily it was my Revolut card,so have been freezing the card periodically! their system won't let me remove it and they told me it could go on for 6 months!

It’s because the deal is account specific and not classed as a deal so when you log into your dashboard it will not be available to you! A deal is when it’s available to everyone of that explains it

44.99 😳 u can get gold for around 30 if shop around. I had such a touch with the game pass 3 months 4 a quid previously which had the discord offer with it. Ended up with 3 years and 2 months ultimate for a quid. Outrageous

Also, is it really cheap heat when it is near 800 degrees now? Surely, if everyone was so sick of seeing the same deal all the time then it would be voted as cold? But it isn't. It's hot. Because people clearly like it.
Let's get this clear: "cheap heat" refers to the stuff that you see on here with depressing regularity. Things like the Caffe Nero o2 priority deal, the Cars 2/Tekken £5 game, the endless £1 Xbox live deals like this and so on. Perhaps if you posted more than one deal a year on average, you'd understand how this site works a bit more.
As for the heat of this deal... People are fickle. Amazing deals go cold, terrible deals go hot. Go figure.

I actually agree with you as it’s account specific for select members but I have to say I have never received the offer as well as nearly everyone else which is why it’s not classed as a deal and should be in discussions!
And...as if by magic, my only active deal is voted cold.
The mods really should look at retaliatory voting. I'll expire my deal now, even though it's still active. CBA with the notifications. The site's loss, not mine.
