So, due to my own idiocy I bought but can't redeem my code before the expiry. A little Friday cheer so first come first served just reply to say it's been redeemed. Same caveats apply re. Vpn, non-stack etc.

Just an fyi I usually do this every month and have to change region on my Microsoft account as well as VPN. It works but in case people try with just a vpn, you will need to change your account region on the website

Does the redemption date only apply to purchases now, or also to purchases made under the previous deal? I bought a load of these as the advice at the time was there was no expiry date...am I going to lose them all after 31st March?

Are you able to redeem and use these on a UK account (through the VPN of course).
I think I remember a situation where I couldn't redeem something due to having a UK email address for my Microsoft/Xbox account.

I did the same thing as you and mine is ending in a week so I’ve come on here to look at best new ways to get it cheap , but the 3 years upgrading gold is not a thing anymore , if you upgrade it’s only worth like 1/3 now instead 1:1 or somat like that

Think I found a US one the other day on a key seller site for £6. Seemed to be the cheapest one I could see - first time ever that I've struggled to activate. Took me about half an hour? - triggered security warnings from MS and requested password changes etc. Wasn't happy! Hadn't done anything differently to before with browser/vpn etc., so who knows.
