Amazon business

I have Amazon prime student and I keep getting offers for a business account. Are there any pitfalls/ advantages/disadvantages or charges to setting one up.? I had a look at charges and I see there is a free option.

Example difference:
b2b arrangements are not subject to consumer legislation protection,
so no mandatory cooling off 14days off-premises options, just the Amazon voluntary 30days to return unused items nonsense,
but hey - who needs protection options when contracting with such a client-friendly organisation?

Nothing to fret about - easy to set up and use only when you get good offers exclusive to the business clients. I've used mine a handful of times just. You can link it to your prime to get free delivery etc.
