I've bought a few times from the AO Outlet in Telford on eBay, and even more regularly from AO's Main outlet ElekDirect on their own website. I must have done about 15+ orders between the two over the years and all but 1 went exactly how I hoped and expected them to go. The one time something went wrong they were easy to deal with to get the item collected for a return. Customer service was quick to respond and helpful for sorting it out.
I only have good things to say about them and would happily recommend them to others.

It's the same experience as buying off their website. Their service is really good. And it sometimes works out better with codes and things.
A washing machine I bought from AO/eBay developed a fault after some time. The Hotpoint engineer came out 3 times. After the 3rd time I told him I want a replacement but Hotpoint refused.
So I called AO/eBay. In the one phone call, my money was refunded.
